(1) That it is desirable to cap-14, Des Voeux Road Central, italize the sum of $3,500,000, being part of the undivided profits of the Company standing to the credit of the Reserve Fund, and accordingly that a bonus of $1,500,000 be declared and that such bonus be applied on behalf of the persons who on the 29th day of February, 1936, are the registered holders of the $50,000 issued shares of the Company in pay- ment in full for 150,000 shares of the Company of $10 each and that anch' 150,000 shares credited as fully paid be accordingly allotted to such per- sons respectively in the proportion of one of such shares for every three of the said 450,000 shares then held by such persons respectively, and that sash shares shall rank for dividend as from the 1st day of January, 1986.
