The president of the Admiralty Division, Sir Boyd Meriman, in the Admiralty Court, heard an peal by the Admiralty from the award of the Registrar. Mr. L. F. C Darby, giving the Admiralty £8,369 as damages arising out of a collision in the English Channel between the destroyer Whirlwind and the steamer Luimneach, be- longing to the Limerick Steamship Co., Ltd.
