Cairo, Nov 20, An order forbidding the police to make use of firearms has been 18sued by the Premier in his ca-
pacity of Foreign Minister of the Interior, and the Cabinet have de- c.ded to open investigations into the incidents during the recent disturbances which resulted in three students being killed by the police.
