London, Sept. 30. Twenty-one ships are cumprised in the 1935 naval construction pro- Eramme, for which the Admiralty, In accordance with normal prac- tice at this time of the year, have begun to call for tenders.

They consist of three cruisers. one flotilla leader, eight destroyers. three submarines, one submarine depot ship, four sloops, and one surveying ship. Several small Vessels are also included in the programme.

It is understood that £10,000,000 is a reliable estimate of the 'cost
