HONG KONG'S ETON LEAD

University Exam. Results

The Hong Kong University Leaving School Certificate Exami- nations results show that Queen's College, popularly known as the ' Eton of Hong Kong: had the best percentage. They entered 50 pupils for the examinations and of these four were, absent and 18 failed to pass.

They were very closely followed by another Government school, King's College, who had 59,64 per cent. to their credit. The Diocesan's Boys' School, came in third with 50.97.

St. Stephen's Girls' School beaded the Girls' list with 84.21 per "cent. Twenty girls sat for the examinations and of these three

failed and one was 'absent.

For Working Girls

A new site has been found by the Chinese Young Women's Christian Associatión ́·for their f summer camp for "members and working girls. This year's site has been chosen at Tsun Wan in the New Territories.

The building which is a two storted structure is close to the beach and quite near" the Texaco Petroleum Flant.
