SENSATION IN MANCHUKUO

Rússians Asked To Leave?

Dairen, July. 3.-

A sensation has been created by the report of the Kokutsu, semi- official Manchukuo news agency. declaring that the Soviet Consul- General at Harbin has categori- cally ordered all Soviet citizens to withdraw from Manchukuo by August 25. Up"to a late night no confrmation of the report could be obtained.

A despatch from Moscow, states that new frontier incidents on the Soviet-Manchukia border 'have re- sulted in the Soviet sending a strong, protest to Japan. The note recourts a list of border affrays in which it is stated four Soviet guards have heen killed by Man- chukuo or Japanese troops in Soviet territory."
