The Persian Minister said that the coveted distinction conferred by the society on Bir Denison Rossi was well deserved and could not have been more appropriately bestowed. The recipient had a heart of the same metal as the medal. He was a man of the world, and his fortunate inck of insularity was probably due to the fact that he had studied and tra velled in so many different lands.
