A TEST CASE

Small Claim With Three Counsel

A claim for $24.95 was brought in the Summary Court before Mr. Justice R.E. Lindsell, Pulsne Judge, yesterday by Lee Yan-Wo, of 278 Hennessy Road, against the well- known Government contractors, Sang Lee and Co., of 2 and 8. Tin Lok Lane.

The case was sald to be in the nature of a test, for although the amount claimed was comparative- counsel ly small, three leading were engaged.
