The 18th Shareholders' Meeting of the Bank of China was held here yesterday under the chair- manship of Mr. Li Ming, Chairman the Board at Directors 504 of shareholders, representing 114,805 shares were present, the Govern ment shars being represented by Mesars. Tsou Lin, Vice-Minister of Governor of the Central Bank of Chen. Esing, Deputy

Mr. Li Ming read the report which was subroitted by Mr. Chang Kia Ngau, the general manager. on the business transactions of the Bank during 1934. The total busi- ness turnover for the year showed a net profit of $1,933,317.01. From
