The disturbing factors referred to last week still dominate the markets of the world, and the feeling of general uneasiness de- veloped into one of acute nervous- ness ΟΤ the publication of the Dews from Germany last Satur- day. In common with other com- modities Rubber fell sharply on heavy liquidation by speculators. and at time of writing, after a temporary recovery, has declined again.
With so many dangerous ele- ments in the melting pot, the gen- eral outlook for the commodity in the immediate future can only be regarded as gloomy, in spite of favourable statistical reports and possibilities of interference "by the Control Committee.
It seems impossible, however, to the argue that in the long run position will not be fully restored. Business done in Standard Rib- the Sheet during bed Smoked
