territories I have received statis ties from time to time showing the large number of cases dealt with the whole appreciating the work done I want to say that statistics must not be regarded as the only test of achievement. The acid test is the total good to the commun- ity obtained by close co-operative action between all the organiza- tions which are working. True co- operation will achieve more than isolated effort and I therefore once again urge the Brigade to work 'to this end.

Upon arrival, HE the Governor, who was accompanied by Captalu Walters, A.D.C., was met by Com missioner A. Morris, District Superintendent J.
