Playing superior tennis in every department of the game, Guy Cheng, China's, selection for the Davis Cup, beat Tsul Wal-pui, the Colony champion, by three straight sets in an exhibition game on the Chinese Recreation Club courts yesterday.

Tsul, however, though beaten. was by no means disgraced, for he put up a better exhibition then the score would lead one to im- agine. He was up against a much better man, and though he scored

a few aces, he was not allowed to kettle down to his usual hard hitting game for any length of

time.
