1st Extra Series For
Ladiiies
The Ladies First Extra Series of races were held yesterday at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht over a course of 7,7 miles.
Miss M, Larsen steered Joss to win the event for "A" Class yachts by a narrow margin from Miss J. Mackie, who was at the helm of Gull, and Mrs. Grifin in Wasp II
Rolla with Miss Brenda Kirke was first over the line in the race for "H" Class to beat Dorothea. (Mrs. Reld) and Diana (Miss M. Whitham).
The event for "I" "Y" and "G" classes was won by Miss Bilderbeck who steered Allsa. Robens (Mrs. Cooper) was second and Sirius (Mrs. Finlay) was third.
