London Forecast of the American

Cotton: The, cotton market is ex-" pected to open unchanged, depen- dent on the Gold Clause decision. The trade report shows that con- ditions have improved. Saturday's Speculation was the narrowest in
the history of the Exchange. Pre- sident Roosevelt has given his as- surance that crop control will not | be relapsed.
Stocks: Business on Wall Street. is expected to be most stagnant un- til a decision on the Gold Clause is attained. The market will prob- ably open unchanged, with trading very quiet.
Rubber: Rubber is anticipated to be lower.
Wheat: Wheat is expected to be steady. The crop in the West is not promising. The weather in Europe is abnormally mild,
New York Cable Stocks: Opening slightly lower, business very light, awaiting pos- 'sible Gold Clause decision.
