Only three ministers from the retired Yugoslav Government in- cluding Yeftitch himself figure in the list of his new cabinet publish ed here on Friday evening, the other two being General Zivlovitch, who. as expected, retains the ministry of defence and Koyitch who remains Minister of Justice while Yeftitch combines the Premiership with Foreign Affairs. transitional nature; confidence is expressed that it will pursue the same lines of home and foreign pollay as its predecessor.

Stressing that Yeftitch is an old and trusted" friend of France, the "Petit Parisien" writes on Satur day that not only Yugoslavia, but also France has good reason. to congratulate herself that the former Yugoslav Foreign Minister is now also the head of the Government.

Yeftitch and Laval, declares the paper, will co-operate for the stabilisation of Central Europe and will be able to reckon upon the support of Mussolini.-- Transocean Kuo Min.

No official communique been issued as to the object of the luncheon meeting, which was purely informal and of a friendly character, but "temps," claims authority for stating that the Saar, the naval parity problem and the question of German equality of rights were topics discussed Transocean Kuo Min.

Solf declares It cannot be the task of Germany, or any other westerner at that, to side with elther China or Japan in the con- dict between the two countries, The former ambassador, however, positively asserts that Japan does desire an understanding with China and it is no secret that Marshal Chiang Kai Shek, for reasons of expediency, is not op posed to such understanding.

Solf concludes by saying that it would not be improper to express hope that both China and Japan will overcome their dimculties in the spirit of their best tradition.- Transocean Kuo Min.
