London, Nov. 3. The International Rubber Re- gulation Committes, has decided that the percentage of basic quotas to determine the permissible ex- very portable amounts from January 1, 1935, for three months ahall be 75 per cent. The next meeting of the Committee is on November 27.
Although the market continued quiet, there was a good demand for Hotels and Lights at slightly under quotations with few shares offering.

Price Goes Back Yesterday's rise in rubber was wiped out to-day on bulls liquida- ting owing to disappointment at the extent of the cut for the first quarter of 1935. At the same time, speculators are uncertain which
way to turn.
The market is fairly unanimous that the decision of the Regulation Committee represents a compro- mise between the British, Dutch and manufacturers viewpoints.
It is pointed that the rate of export release for the next quarter is equivalent, approximately, to 81
