The story deals with the hectic life of Henry Dewlip, a modern young bachelor whose adventures are chiefly concerned, in this in- terlude, with two women...one the wife of a friend, the other a self-righteous strait-laced disciple the "decent" thing." The former is perfectly frank in her affections and doesn't give a rap who knows it. The latter sces the four carat quality of his charac- ter in the rough diamond of his adventurous personality and seeks to reform him.... that is make him good enough for her ideals of what a husband should be. Both have wedding designs on his heart. A few very clever twista give the story a surprising and entertaining inish.
Otto Kruger has the title role of Henry Dewlip, the carefree and footloose bachelor. Advance re- ports from the pre-views indicate that Kruger gives charming performance, with just the right proportions of the sublime and the ridiculous to keep things moving on & plane of high
comedy. In this he has the skill. ful co-operation of Nigel Bruce, as the dumb friend, and Herbert Mundin, as the humorous butler: provide the interest. Heather Angel and Nancy Carroll

From the studios of Fox Film comes Jesse L. Lasky's latest re- lease, "The Worst Woman Paris,?" showing at the Alhambra to-day. It is Mr. Lasky's Birth pro- duction as a producer under the Fox banner and is heralded as an- other great achievement in the career of this veteran producer.
The story revolves around" the, notorious exploits of a Parisian demi mondaine whose affairs are the talk of the Continent. Her relationship with a wealthy play- boy of Paris cavises auch unfavour- able comment, that she leaves the gay and smart fast-living Parisien night life, to seek romance and love in the quiet of America's mid- dle west. When at last she finds the love she had always dreamed of, she realizes that the shadow ...: her past is too great an obstacle. for her to overcome. She is oblig- ed to return to Paris once more to take up her association with her former comrade.
It is reported that. Adolphe Men- jou who portrays the wealthy man about town and Bealta Hume who portrays the Parisian beauty have the most important roles in their careers. In support of Menjou and Miss Hume, the cast is headed by Harvey Stephens, who will be re membered for his outstanding per- performance with Janet Gaynor in "Paddy, the Next Best Thing,” with Helen Chandler who here. makes a return to the screen after a long "absence. The remaining members of the cast include Mar- garet Beddon, Adele St. Maur, Leonard Carey, Maldel Turner and George Irring.
The film was written and direct=" ed by Monta Bell who also colla *borated with Marion Dix in adapt- ing the story to the screen. Dia logue is by Martin Brown.
