AMERICAN ORIENTAL FINANCE CORPORATION

AND S. E.

LEVY & CO.

New York. July 9. The American Oriental Finance Corporation report through their New York agents, Mesars E. A. Pierce & Co.. states:-

StocksThäre seems 10 be absolutely nothing on which to base a opinion. There does seem to be some further liquidation of motion picture issues, and we also think that there are some signs of profit-taking in so-called silver stocks. Steel operations are now at 27 per cent. of capacity.

Wheat: The continued liberal movement of Winter wheat and the large increase in the visible supply is discouraging holders and further curtalls support of the premiums in Chicago, though they are being maintained in Kansas City. "...

Cotton: There is continued dry and hot weather in the West. The cultivation of acreage compared with last year's figures of 68.6 per cent. looks higher.

Silver:Silver futures opened
