"The Harbour Master has issued a notice to mariners to the effect that in connection with dredging. West of Kowloon Peninsula, surveying operations will be car- ried out from time to time in the the vicinity of the stagings on Meridian Line of Longitude 114 degrees 9 minutes 30 seconds Fast. Masters of vessels are warned to keep clear of all sampans, motor-boats and buoys, used on this work, each of which shall carry a red flag, and to keep a good look-out for all craft so em- played.
