Featureless Games In Senior Division: Upsets Amongst
Seconds
Results in first division lawn bowls matches on Saturday provided us no šurprises. Both the Craigengower teams were suceessful, taking full points from Kowloon Dock and the Po- fice respectively. Kowloon Bowling Green won at the expense of Talkoo, while the Civil Service C:C. trounced the Club de Recreio.
L
In the junior games, the home teams fared badly all round. The Indian R. O. and the H. K. Football Club both registered wins, at the expense of Craigengower and K.C.C. The Bowling Green decisively beat the Electric team, while the Yacht Club demonstrated their all round capabilities by winning from the Police.

CURTAIN FALLS ON

The curtain for the 1933-1934

Marina ground, and were beaten by one goal to all
The match. although evenly contested, was rather scrappy and was not up to the standard ex- pected of a "Alnale." A draw would have been a better result, for the Police had more than their share of play and it was only, the stubborn defence put up by the Rest that they failed to score.
As could be generally expended the Rest did not combined as well
as their opponents, but individ- ually speaking, they were their equal and in some cases even bet-

The game was marred by ar unfortunate accident to Perkins, the
Police captain who collided with the Rest goalkeeper in a vain at- tempt to equalise towards the end of the game: He was carried concus- off the field with slight
sion, and was eventually removed to hospital. His condition, "we are- 47 glad to say, is not serious,
