House Sold By Public Action

A leasehold property. No:38. Bonham Strand West was sold by public auction yesterday at Messrs. Lammert Bros' quction room.

The property is held for the unexpired term of 99 years created by a Crown lease dated April 12, 1899. One of the conditions of the sale was that the property was to be sold subject to the payment of a mortgage of $80,000. There was no competition in the bidding there being only one bid above the upset price and Mr. Wong Tuk Ming, who offered $13,- Coo was the successful bidder.
