All Existing Licences expira on 31st December, 1933. New Licences for 1831 will be available at the Radio Offee, P. O. Building, as from 1st January, 1904, and will be issued during working hours against the receipt of a remittance of $10.00.
Applications may be made:-
(a) personally.
(b) by messenger.
(c) by post.

It is essential under (e) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed theque payable to Hongkong Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready. Where actual cash is teadered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
In the case of renewal the old lies should be returned with the application.
