Saturday's games in the Junior shield were well con- tested. The Navy, Borderers. South China "B", R.A. and Lincoln Regt. qualifying for the second round.

At Sookunpoo, the holders beat last season's Division
II League champions by four clear goals.
The Borderers defeated the Young Indians after a very strenuous game.
On the Railway ground, the Lincolns got through by a narrow margin, Kowloon missing a penalty in the closing minutes.
In the senior league, Kowloon played their best game of the season, "winning against the R.A. by four goals to one.
At Sookunpoo, the R. Navy won against the H.K. Club by four goals to one.
The East Lancashire, Regt. added two points to their total as the result of a penalty goal against the Police at Caroline Hill.
St. Josephis are still in the running for league honours. They defeated the Recreio at King's Park by two clear goals.
