Judgment for the appellants was given yesterday by the Full Court in what has become known as the China Restaurant case, in which secured and unsecured creditors, of the firm went into liquidation.
Appellants were Au Wing-ki and Au Wing-yun, of 9 Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, and they were represented by Mr. H. G Sheldon and Mr. Leo D'Almada. jnr., barristers, instructed by Messrs Tau and Hodgson.
