XLT Telegrams conveying Christmas and New Year Greetings will be accepted by the Government Radio Office for transmission via Radio during the period from 14th December 1833 to 6th January 1834, both dates inclusive.

(a) The charge for telegrama to Shanghai and Coast Ports will be based on the ordinary rate and to other places on one-third the ordinary rate

(b) The Minimum charge for all places will be for ten words. „Full particulars may be bad on application to the Radio Office: The parcels from London due by the s.s. Pyrrhus will be delivered in the forenoon of Tuesday the 26th instant.
