(a) The charge for velegrama to Shanghai and Coast Ports will bo based on the ordinary rate and to other places on one-third the ordinary rate

(b) The Minimum charge for all places will be for ten words. Full particulars may be had on application to the Radio Offles. The public are reminded that it is prohibited to oxport or import... intoxicating liquors by Post.

Christmas and New Year cards bearing not more than five written worda aud enclosed in open envelopes are accepted by the Post Office at the rate for printed matter, ie, 4 cents per 3 ounces.
