HADIO NOTICE.

X L T Telegrams conveying Christmas and New Year Greetings will be accepted by the Government Radio Office for transmission via Radio during the period from 14th December 1933 to 6th January 1934, both dates inclusive.

(a) The charge for colegrams to Shanghai and Coast Ports will be based on the urilinary rate and to other places on one-third the ordinary rate.

(b) The Minimum charge for all places will be for ten words. Full particulars may be had on application to the Radio Office.

SPECIAL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR POSTCARD SERVICE

Post Cards for Great Britain and European destinations will be accepted for despatch by the Air Mail closing on December 8th.

The service in confined to the standard post card on sale at the Post Offce. The air premium will be il canta in addition to the ordinary post age of 8 centa, The cost of the card will be que cent and the total inciu- sive cost will therefore be 50 cents.

Postcards must be posted at the Counter of the G.P.Q, or Kowloon Post Office and should be marked Bandoeng--Amsterdam Air Mail Service

The Christmas Letter Mail for Great Britain by the Bandoeng. Amsterdam Air Mail Service will be closed in the General Post Office on Friday, the 8th December per us. “Somali" as follows:

Christmas and New Year cards bearing not more than five written words and enclosed in open envelopes are accepted by the Post Office at the rate for printed matter, ie, 4 cents per 3 ounces.

Envelopes must not be closed.

The Public are reminded that dutiable articles sent by Letter Fost" to the United Kingdom are liable to confiscation by the Customs. Such articles should be sent by Small Packet Post or Parcel Post Letters must not be enclosed in Small Packets or Parcels
