The High Court of Justice dis- missed an appeal by the defen- dants from a judgment of Judge Shewell Cooper given in the Ma yor's and City of London Court, holding that he had jurisdiction to entertain an actión brought by Richard Waters, Limited, owners of the dumb barge James, against the General Wharfage, and Supply Company Limited, owners of the steam tug Champion, for damage by collision between the barge and the tug.
