Unlawful Mooring of Boats

Three Chinese boatmen appear- ed before. Commander, Newill ab the Marine Court yesterday, charg ed with unlawfully mooring their boats along the shore of Tai-kok- tsul less than 100 yards from the Low. Water Mark on last Thurs- day.

Defendants all pleaded guilty and were each fined $3 on three days' hard labour in default.
