Unlawful Dredging In Naval Yard
at
Before Commander Newill the Marine yesterday, a Chinese boatman. named Lau Sai Ho was charged with (a) unlawfully dredging in the Naval Anchorage and (b)
100 loltering within yards of H, M. S. "Witch"
Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 83 on the first "charge and 85 on the second.
Another boatman named Fung Ng was charged with (a) falling to produce a license when re- quested, and (b) falling to stop the boat when, ordered.
Defendant in pleading guilty said that as regards the licence one of the boatman took it away | by mistake.
