Asia Landa, Limited, has received the following report from their New York correspondente, E. A. Pierce & Co. The market fuctuated uncertainly and irregularly. Metal stocks were rather heavy. Chemical stocks were firm. Qils ahowed, signs of individual strength. The bond market was again firm,&

Wheat. There was scattered liquidation early in the day. However, the market showed a rather pronounced rallying tendency as soon as pressure had ceased.

Cotton: Firmer tone. Trade buying increased slightly and Southern selling was less active, due doubtless to ability to soon obtain the Ten-cent loana. N.

Silver: Long liquidation caused a decline, induced to some extent by the weakness of the London parity and the continued absence of Washing- ton news concerning the monetary situation.

Business Done: 1,030,000 shares.
