Dimitroff's Sister Gives Evidence
Leipzig, Sept. 25. The Court is still engaged in probing the political past of the Reichstag fire accused. There is not yet any sign in the "evidence of the outbreak itself.
Dimitroff's sister gave evidence this morning, when she exchang- ed frequent affectionate smiles with her brother till the Judge told her to desist "ts this was a serious business." She was not sworn in because she is a relative of the accused and is entitled not to reply to questions if she does not wish. She described the efforts to brief a leading Paris Counsel for her brother's defence and quoted ber brother's letters howing that his activities were entirely connected with Bulgarian Communism,

The situation created by Fang Chen Wu appears to be getting more serious every day.
It is now stated that Peiping stands in danger of at tack, against which the local authorities are helpless until the advancing forces cross the Tangku Armistice line, a few miles from the City, as the Japanese authorities at Chan chun still refuse permission for Chinese troops to enter the demilitarised zone in order to clean up Fang Chen Wu and his allies.
According to some well-informed Chinese sources this is a move by Fang Chen Wu, Tang Yu Lin and their allies to oust the present Peiping regime.-Reuter.
