Harbin, Sept. 13. The arrest of a Japanese official of the Monchukuo Customs Station, who apparently crossed into Soviet territory, is now the subject of an exchange of Notes between Manchakvo and Soviet officials.

The Japanese concerned as a Mr. Kameyama, employed by the Customs at Suifenho:

I was present at Sir Harry Pre- ston's luncheon party to celebrate the safe return of the Mollisons from the United States.

Mr. Mollison looked remarkably well. Thanks to the skill of the American surgeon he will probab- ly not have even a scar to remind him of the severe facial injuries he sustained when their airplane crashed. It was night when the Mollisons were taken to hospital, and only two doctors were pre- sent. The senior surgeon, of cour- se, attended to Mrs. Mollison. Her husband's injuries were stitched by a young than of twenty-dve.

He has done a wonderful plece of work.

The aviators were invited to luncheon with President Roose- velt, Mrs. Roosevelt and the Pre- sident's mother at Hyde Park. N.Y.
