THE NIGHT OF JUNE 13
COMING TO THE QUEEN'S THEATRE
TROUBLE IN LAUREL STREET
To the casus observer, Laurel Street looked like one of the nicest streets in the middle class suburb in which it was located, but as Grandpa Strawn said, trouble was | going to break loose and it did on the Night" of June 13th," and that trouble is what the now Alm which opens at the Queen's Theatre, is all about. Do not fail to see this stirring drama.
"
The picture is an exciting molo drama, culminating in an unusual courtroom scene, with Clive Brook, as John Curry nearly convicted of: mardering his wife. It features fine performances by Clive Brook, Mary Boland, Charlie Ruggles, Lila Lee, as the innocent cause of ail the trouble, by Adrienne Allen as the neurotic wife and by Rane Raymond and Francis Dee as two young lovers. It tells a strange story of commonplace people, and tells it uncommonly well. In a word The Night of Juno 13th" is as entertaining as any film that has been shown in a long time.
Starting May 18th.
Clive Brook renews contract. He was slated for a vacation in Eng- land, but stayed behind to work Lon this picture. He is an actor of repute and a box office attraction.
Gene Raymond does not like jewelry, in fact he has a clause în his contract mentioning, that he will not even wear a ring before the camera.
