Hitler Will be Tolerated.
BELIN, Jan. 30, The opinion is increasing that Hitler Cabinet,
supported by the German Nationals and tolerat ed by the Centre Party and Bavarian People's Party has the best chance of success and wil also meet with the approval of President von Hindenburg.
The President has instructed Von Papen to impress Herr Adolph Hitler that his new refusal to join the Coalition, may have disastrous consequences..
The Centre Party provide the greatest obstacle to the Coalition because of the demand for guaran tees from both Hitler and Harr Fugenburg, the lender of the Ne tionals, that the conduct of the Gov erament be kept strictly within the limits of the Constitution.

That convicts and political axiles, variously estimated between 20,000 and 30,000, have worked for the past year under difficult northern conditions on a so-called North Sea Canal was a subject of widespread ramour and whispering, but not a word appeared in the Press or official publications on constructions under way.
