It is essential under (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hong Kong Government. The new heens will then be sent by post or messenger as soon as it is ready, Where actual canh t tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.o

In the case of renewal the old licence should be returned with the application."
