Paris, Oct. 12.-Three men and a woman, alleged to form the inner ring of the drug traffic in Paris, have been arrested, and, cocaine, opium, heroin, and morphia valued at $28,000 have been seized.

Commissioner Priolet, Chief of the Special Service Police, whe made the arrests, explained in an interview that one of the prisoners while being taken to the police sta- tíon tried secretly to get rid of two keys. There was nothing in the room where the man lived, but the police found another room which the two keys opened. It was a die-; gusting garret..
