BOWLING GREEN BEAT POLICE BY 11 POINTS.
The unexpected defeat of the Champion Craigongower C.C. io. both the Senior and Junior Divisions of the Lawn Bowls Lengde was the sensation of Saturday's play. The champions flapped badly against the Civil Service CC, being beaten 60 to 87, and in the Junior Division their second team had to acknowledge de- feat at the hands of the Yacht Club.
Kowloon C.C. scored a meritorious victory over the strong Recreio team; and Kowloon Bawling Green Club were successful in turning the tables on the Polico R.C. by a margin of 11 points.
In defeating Craigengower, the Civil Sorvice team registered their Brat mccess for the last four matches.
