tury Department to me of the same 3 to 8.38 p.m.-. date, in the course of which he stated that the reports of the Mala riologist on Lyeemun and Taikoo were forwarded to the Government by the Honourable the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services with his recommendations on October 4. and 14, 1930, respectively, that the Government was not then in a posi tion to announce its intentions on the recommendations submitted, and that they quasion of publishing the recommendations had not been considered by the Government, and With referance to my questions on February 3, 1931, and the an swers of the Head of the Sanitary Department to me on the same date, in the course of which he stated, inter alia, that he Was suthorised to reply that when the Malariologist had made a compre- hensive survey and had submitted a complete report on the Colony it would be published--
