The Directors confidently hope that after the first year of business the Company's Fertilizers will be firmly established in the market and that the Company, will then make at least 20% per annum not on the paid up capital with greater profits as the business increnaca.

The business will be taken over by the Company as a going concern as of August, 1931, the date of the last stock taking and the from the 17th day the benefit of all profits realized from that dato and, as will Company will be seen from the following account, the benefit of the value of the stock which is by far the most valuable asset which the Company is taking over at a very conservative price,
