Souvenirs Presented.
At the close of the game, Mr. A. O. Brawn announced that the interport games would commence at 3 pm sharp, and he also wel- comed the attendance of the Indies, who would be admitted free.
On behalf of the Kowloon C.C., Mr. Ezra Abraham (Vice-Presid- ent) congratulated the Shanghui" bowlers on their runaway victory over the mainland tear. Souvenirs comprising a silver knife and fork were then presented to each of tho Shanghai players who took part in the afternoon's game.
Frem the bully-off, the Club were early on the offensive and became dangorous, but the Indians soon took up the attack and were wore very impressive with their
art forward lino.
Francia and T. J. Price were engaged in some good work on the left, whilst Dand and the Rood brothers in the half-back line fed their forwards well, W. Reed's none "coop" passes were exceed ingly useful and generally placed his wing in possession. A break- away on the right saw Totley hotting for the Club after 'n quiri ter of an hour's play. Capt, Mae- failäne, however, qualised soon aftor with a fast ground shot.
The arcond half produced more brisk play, but the Chib defence hit the ball too far forward, thu
giving the wingera, very little chance to get up with it The Indians kept up a nent combina- tion, but they found Roger and Botelho difficult backs to pas
