The Brut "Extra" Race Mooting of the Macao Jockey Club was held yesterday and a large crowd of "fans" from Hong Kong made the trip to ace the sport. There was a very good attendance. His Excellency the Goverior of Macao being an in terested spectator' throughout the afternoon,

The favourite won handsomely by four lengths from Thunderclap, with Pegasus a further six lengths away. Caulfield after making the pace in the earlier part of the race, faded out of the picture altogether..

Walchowiu Handicap.

The public spread its money evonly over the four ponies in this TACE, with Little Thunder and Lobster Bay alightly more in de hand. One Third set out to get a long lead and raised the hopes of bis supporters when he was ten lengths to the good over the first half mile. Thereafter he dropped rapidly and was out of the picture before the straight was reached...
