Swimming in the style over the 100 yards at the Ladies' Swimming Gala at V.3.0. on Saturday night.. Miss Ena Allen covered the dis tance in 78.3-5 seconds, thus beat- ing Miss Gladys Ramsay's record of 79.1-6 seconds which had stood" for the past seven years.
