Now and then the action drags. and there is too much dialogue. The story is a little thin, but it is the succession of incidents, alter untely absurd,, tense and once or twice alinost pathetic, that hold the attention.
The supporting east is entirely adequate, the pretty secretary is quite charmingly played by Barbara Kent, and Robert MrWade gets real humour, into the part of the shoe magnate.
