When a family dispute arising out of the testamentary dispositions of Mr. Henry Dobb, a draper in Westbourne-grave, who died at the age of 90, caine before the Probate Court, Sir Patrick. Ilastings said it was a remarkable case in which two sona had seen fit to suggest in- sanity against their father,
