BRIDGE.

3,000 FEET SPAN ACROSS INLAND SEA.

A gigantic railway bridge with the total length of some 3,000 feet over the Kanion Channel connect- ing Moji and Shimonoseki is now being planned jointly by the Kyu alu Hydro-electric Company and the Kyushu Electric Company,

The application for creating a new company for the special pur pose of constructing the bridge will shortly be filed by the promoters with the Railway Ministry, is understood,
