The second ronding of the Air Transport (Subsidy Agreements)' Bill, measure, which should do much to regularize British civil. aviation by ensuring continuity of

If Larwood, Sutcliffe and Tato acted on the same basis and prefer red to eut themselves adrift from their country and the highest class of ericket, we should conclude that they felt that a full purse must be considered as well as a loyalty. which may leave the purse relative- ly empty. The love of money is one thing, but the means to satisfy the requirements of a man and those dependent upon him must be placed on a different plane. The first is an evil and the second a duty.
