[BY A CONTRIBUTOR.]

Members of the Hong Kong Polo Club are looking forward with anti- tipation to a visit from Shanghai of a Green Howard" regimental team. Nine ponies in charge of Mr. Smeaton are shortly due on the .. Kwai Sang, and four more will follow later by the s.8. Hop Sang. The remaining members of the team, who are Messrs. Barber, Col- lins. Definite plans have not as yet been made as to exact dates of matches cor the composition of local teams which the visiting side will meet. However, it is probable they will stay for about a fortnight, daring which time it is hoped to arrange for them to meet a Club side, an Army side and a civilian one as well. I shall have to give further particulara on this score later on.
