'CANTON, March 21. Dr. Breitlander, a well-known. German physician in Canton, who was recently sentenced to one year's imprisonment by the. Cantor Criminal Court, has been notified to appear before the Higher Pro vincial Court of Kwangtung on April 4, for a reconsideration of his sentence. It will be remember- ed that Dr. Breitlander objected to his sentence, which he did not have to serve, and declared at the time that he would appeal.
