LONDON, Feb, 13. The Stock Exchango settlement of shares in the Hatry group of companies, which had been held up since September, was carried out to-day.

It was found last year that some of the Hatry interests had obtain- rd payments from brokers for non- existent shares, while other allied concerns had bought securities but, "were unable to take them up.
